An ADR neutral since 2009, principal Tuneen Chisolm is a former litigator with over twenty years of experience focused on intellectual property, entertainment, and unfair competition litigation and related counseling. She has represented talent and various corporate entities in a variety of matters relating to the music, film, television, literary arts, fashion, visual arts, and e-commerce industries. Tuneen also has substantial experience representing corporate clients in commercial litigation. A former corporate engineer, with a deep background in life sciences, bioengineering, and chemical engineering, Tuneen speaks the language of various technical experts, which enhances her efficacy as an ADR neutral. A law professor since 2013, she teaches remedies, intellectual property, trademark and unfair competition law, property, and professional responsibility, all of which keep her attuned to nuances in the law. Following law school, Tuneen was a judicial clerk for the Hon. Consuelo B. Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
